It’s the time of the year for festivals, and now it’s Canberra’s turn to get in on the action with a new dance festival. Entitled “The Bold Festival”, it’s a celebration of the legacy of dance of all cutlures in professional and community practice.
Taking place during the Enlighten Festival, from March 8 to 12, the Bold Festival will offer five days of workshops, performances, talks, forums and film showings. Speakers, performers and facilitators include Meryl Tankard, Vicki van Hout, Dr Stephanie Burridge, Dr Garry Lester, Annie Greig, Dr Elizabeth Cameron Dalman OAM, Glen Murray and more.
