Sydney’s Limitless Dance Company will present its second production, SE7EN, at NIDA’s Playhouse this May.
Created by the company’s artistic director, Mitchell Turnbull, SE7EN explores the concept of sin. “Everyone tries their best to be a good person — but sometimes … we let the little things get to us. We behave in a way that’s a little less than ideal,” says Turnbull. In SE7EN the dancers are transformed into erupting, powerful, unholy creatures, projecting a range of physical impressions and emotions.
Turnbull created Limitless Dance Company in mid-2015 to provide more paid performance opportunities for contemporary dancers in Australia.
SE7EN plays NIDA’s Playhouse Theatre 12-14 May. For more info, including bookings, click here.
