This new productionis directed and re-staged by Baayork Lee, one of the original cast members and inspirations from the Tony Award® winning 1975 production. It has already played two hugely successful seasons in Adelaide and Melbourne.
The cast of 30 is headed by Josh Horner, former Australian Ballet dancer, who has since become a household name through his appearances as a judge on Dancing With the Stars. He plays formidable Broadway director, Zach.
Starring as Cassie is Australian star of the West End, Anita Louise Combe. (See our interview with Anita here).
The Melbourne season of A Chorus Line was so popular it was extended by a week, and took $3 million in advance sales.
