The Imperial Russian Ballet is returning once again to Australia for an extensive seven week tour. After sell-out tours in the past of such classics as The Sleeping Beauty, this time round the company is presenting Don Quixote.

The Imperial Russian Ballet was formed in 1994 by Bolshoi soloist Gediminas Taranda and is made up of 40 dancers from major schools in Moscow and Perm. The home venue for the troupe when they perform in Moscow is now the Kolobov Novaya Opera Theatre.
