Force Majeure masterclass in Brisbane

Sydney's Force Majeure company is inviting artists from all performance backgrounds or related disciplines to join artistic director Danielle Micich for a two-day introductory masterclass in Brisbane.

The masterclass is presented as part of INCITE, Force Majeure's professional development and training program for artists at all ages and stages of their careers. It will focus on Force Majeure's particularly methodology for generating movement and text.

The event is being held at Studio 1, located in Yeerongpilly, south of Brisbane's city centre. Studio 1 is lead by former dancers Lisa Wilson and Maisie Crosdale and is a choreographic hub for artists to gather, make, create and collaborate, with creator-friendly spaces for hire.

Dates: July 8 & 9.
