'PIECES' goes to Uni stage
PIECES, Lucy Guerin Inc's long running commissioning program, will take to its biggest stage yet in a major new collaboration with University of Melbourne Arts and Culture (UMAC).
PIECES 2024 will unveil new works by leading choreographers Joel Bray, Tra Mi Dinh, and Alisdair Macindoe.
Bray's work is called Swallow, Mi Dinh has created Seven dances for two people and Macindoe has named his work OK, bye!, and it is his latest collaboration with his mother, xanya mamunya, whose harp playing is one reason he is a dancer.
You can find out more about each new work here.
'PIECES 2024' runs from November 28 to 30 at the Union Theatre, University of Melbourne.
