Newcastle Ballet Theatre offer Full Time & Part Time Programs:

Our Full Time Dancers train approx. 30 hours per week; Tuesday - Saturday. The Full Time Program is designed for serious students wishing to pursue a career in dance. The course aims to increase, improve, and refine technique, strength, knowledge, and presentation. While the course is ballet based, NBT aims to be a diverse training ground for dancers - allowing for each individual to understand and reach their full potential. Our highly qualified & professional teachers are committed to helping to build our dancers into not only stronger technicians and dancers, but also intelligent artists.

NBT has an excellent placement record, with alumni dancing in academies and professionally throughout Australia and internationally in classical ballet, contemporary, and commercial fields.

Nationally recognised qualifications are available and achieved through a relationship between Newcastle Ballet Theatre and Australian Teachers of Dancing (RTO 31624).
